Let’s Get Physical: October

Happy Hump Day everyone!

Ugh. I’ve been secretly dreading this moment because September was a hard fitness month for me. I’ll quit babbling, here goes:

At the end of the day, even if I didn’t make much progress I’m going to be honest with you all. But I will NOT come back to the fitness link up in November and tell you that I didn’t work out because I will. Honestly, I’ll probably have to do a weekly check-in on this whole fitness thing because I want to hold myself more accountable! Also, here’s my fitness inspiration, Dulce is so fit!

  3. Yay for drinking more water! Mmmm bagels. I know what you mean though. Some people can eat fruit for breakfast. Not me. Starches are my bff. Good luck with your October goals!

  4. Good luck Evani! I feel the exact same way about french fries and starches/carbs. When I’m in the mood for a bagel, I compromise by having 1/2 of a whole wheat bagel with goat cheese and 2 egg whites. It’s delicious and satisfying! πŸ™‚

  5. mmmm starch. do you like smoothies? I find that’s the best way for me to get fruit in my life and a little bit of veggies. spinach blends nicely and you can’t even taste it.

  6. Don’t worry love, September was an extremely rough month for me too! It’s the first week of October and I’m planning to get back on track!!! Love to hear how things go with you πŸ™‚

  7. I LOVE my starches. I could eat a potato a million different ways, especially french fries. And potato soup. Drinking water is a great plus, it’s something that I have a hard time keeping up with. I really want to establish a routine so I can keep it up during the holidays. Thank you for the great link up!

  8. Try bagel thins if you really can’t give up the carbs in the am. I’m on an Eggo Waffle kick lately. 175 calories for 2! Not bad at all. and when I eat them with a banana or some other fruit, it holds me until lunch!

  10. It’s a new month!! I have a hard time getting myself motivated too…I say that I want to work out, but by the time I get home from work, I’m pooped and just want to lay in bed. But I will be thinking positive thoughts for you for this month!! πŸ™‚

  11. GURL i’m guilty in the breakfast department too. Esp at my work place. I’m surrounded by sweet tooths and it’s BAD. Like BAD. And when it’s there haunting you… You are curse to eat a donut… or brownie… or bagel. fml. hahaha…

    I think I need a daily reminder from you on drinking water. hahaha…

  13. I also “failed” with working out more – I’m just as human as everyone else. πŸ˜€ My fitness inspiration is Zuzana (I wrote about her in the previous link-up). Dulce is very pretty, but too thin for my taste – I guess I like more muscular girls. πŸ˜‰
