Christmas in July Reveal

Happy Thursday ya’ll!

So this month I decided to be adventurous and join a few blog gift exchanges. I’m a big fan of Alyx over at Everyday is a New Adventure (seriously watch her vlogs, she’s hilarious) so I decided to join in with Christmas in July. We filled out a brief questionnaire and off we were to buy for our partners. Today, I’m happy to share the wonderful gift I got from Dawn over at Vapid Vixen!

First off, I LOVE these colors. It’s like Dawn just knew. The Essie Luxeffects Shine of the Times was the only Luxeffects I didn’t own. The pink Peach Daquiri is the color I’m wearing in the last Mani Monday too (the color other than the baseballs, obvi).

Secondly, this gift exchange completely made me love learning about Dawn and reading her unbelievably witty blog. She’s an office prankster, outdoorsy lady who loves picking fights with gym owners. She’s even punched a man in the stomach and caused internal bleeding (and made it totally funny to read about). Her razor sharp sarcasm is all that and a bag of chips and I guarantee, she will have you cracking up in no time. Plus she clearly has a knack for choosing nail polish colors.

I love the idea of gift exchanges, they’re a really fun way to get to know other bloggers and just to get some new swag! Do you do any gift exchanges? Have you really enjoyed any of them?! Share please! 🙂

In case you’re wondering for some vague reason, my brother and his team nabbed win #3 today! One more win tomorrow and they’re in the championship for Regionals!

Come back tomorrow for a yummy post! 😉

Have a great day!

P.S. I tried with ALL my might to respond to all your wonderful comments but I didn’t realize how far BACK I was having to comment on. I’m sorry for not staying current! I’m super sorry if I didn’t/don’t respond back to your comment from posts a week or  2 weeks ago, I just don’t know how relevant it will be anymore. I promise I will try to stay more current with it! Please e-mail me if you wanted an urgent response from me and if I completely failed to get back to you! I am a fail whale.
